I started my business after going home to Manila, Philippines to attend my Father's funeral. We were new in Wisconsin, and didn't have much money for the whole family to travel, so we had to borrow money from our credit card just for me alone, plus my pocket money and to pay for the funeral services, etc. At the airport, I met a kind Filipina Lady from San Francisco, CA, and told me how she got her ticket really cheap being a travel agent. We contacted each other after our trips, and that's how I started my business.

Since then, I made it my goal to serve everyone in need of my services, and I focus on giving my customers personalized service, which they can contact me even late at night if they have to. That's my commitment to my customers.
